Our Story
Brymont Construction represents both a new beginning and the continuation of more than four decades of residential construction experience.
For more than 40 years, John Femino built his career through New England Construction & Project Management, personally guiding homeowners through complex residential projects from concept to completion. Alongside him, Denise Femino helped build the financial and administrative foundation that supported the company’s work. Together they developed trusted relationships, proven processes, and a reputation earned over decades in the industry.
Brymont is the next chapter of that story.
John and his son-in-law, Cooper Bryer, founded Brymont with a shared vision: carry forward the experience, relationships, and standards that have already been established while building a modern residential construction company prepared for the future. With Denise continuing to provide financial and operational continuity and Nicole contributing to the next generation of the family business, Brymont brings together experience and new perspective under one name.

John Femino
Co-Founder &
Director of Construction
John brings more than 40 years of residential construction and project management experience to Brymont. As the founder of New England Construction & Project Management, he has spent his career guiding clients through complex construction projects.
Brymont was built upon the experience, relationships, and proven processes that John developed throughout his career. As co-founder, he provides the leadership, judgment, and support that make the company possible, while continuing to guide its clients and projects with the same personal commitment that has defined his work for decades.
Cooper Bryer
Co-Founder &
Director of Operations
Cooper leads Brymont’s operations, client communication, planning coordination, and business systems, helping ensure that projects are as organized behind the scenes as they are well executed in the field.
After more than a decade in corporate sales, he chose to make a major career change and build something he could feel personally connected to with a pride that comes from helping homeowners create spaces that matter to them.
For Cooper, Brymont is a chance to raise the standard for how construction projects are experienced across New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Denise Femino
Controller
Denise has spent over four decades as the financial and administrative foundation of New England Construction & Project Management. Her oversight, consistency, and attention to detail have helped create the dependable operation behind decades of successful projects.
At Brymont, Denise continues that role while helping carry established processes into the next generation. Her knowledge of the business, financial discipline, and steady leadership provide essential continuity as the company grows.
Nicole Bryer
Marketing Director
Nicole supports Brymont through social media, content creation, and behind-the-scenes business support. Her perspective helps the company communicate more personally and authentically with the homeowners and communities it serves.
As John and Denise’s daughter and Cooper’s wife, Nicole is deeply connected to the purpose behind Brymont. While continuing her own career as a nurse and raising a young family, she contributes her time and talents to help build a company designed to carry her family’s legacy forward.

We start by understanding your vision and what you want the project to accomplish.

This is where your ideas become a buildable plan. We coordinate final design, scope of work, refine selections, and establish detailed pricing before you commit to construction.

Brymont coordinates the work, schedule, materials, inspections, site conditions, and day-to-day details required to keep the project moving forward. Throughout construction, you’ll have clear communication about progress, upcoming decisions, and anything that requires your attention.

As construction wraps up, we complete our own quality review and walk the finished project with you. We make sure you understand your new spaces, systems, and any applicable warranty information.
