Our Story
Brymont Construction represents both a new beginning and the continuation of a legacy built over more than four decades.
The company is founded by John Femino and his son-in-law, Cooper Bryer, with a shared vision: to build upon a foundation of time-tested construction experience while creating a modern, multigenerational company prepared for the future.
For more than 40 years, John has built his career in residential construction through New England Construction & Project Management. Alongside him throughout that journey has been his wife, Denise, who has overseen the financial and administrative side of the business and helped create the dependable operation behind their company.
Together, they have developed far more than a successful construction business. They have built trusted relationships, proven processes, and a reputation that can only be earned through years of personally guiding clients through complex residential projects from concept through completion.
Brymont represents the next chapter of that story.
Rather than simply maintaining what they had already built, John and Denise made the decision to build something with the next generation of their family. With their daughter Nicole, and son-in-law Cooper, they are carrying forward the experience, relationships, values, and standards that shaped their success while creating a company with the vision and structure to grow beyond it.
That combination gives Brymont something distinctive: the experience and stability of an established construction operation, the personal commitment of a family business, and the energy of a new generation prepared to carry it forward.

John Femino
Co-Founder &
Director of Construction
John brings more than 40 years of residential construction and project management experience to Brymont. As the founder of New England Construction & Project Management, he has spent his career guiding clients through complex construction projects.
Brymont was built upon the experience, relationships, and proven processes that John developed throughout his career. As co-founder, he provides the leadership, judgment, and support that make the company possible, while continuing to guide its clients and projects with the same personal commitment that has defined his work for decades.
Cooper Bryer
Co-Founder &
Director of Operations
After more than a decade in corporate sales, Cooper chose to make a major career change and build something he could feel personally connected to with a pride that comes from helping homeowners create spaces that matter to them.
Cooper co-founded Brymont with John to bring a more thoughtful, professional, and client-focused approach to residential construction. His ability to understand complex information, organize the details, and communicate clearly helps homeowners feel informed and confident throughout the process. For Cooper, Brymont is a chance to raise the standard for how construction projects are experienced across New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Denise Femino
Controller
Denise has spent over four decades as the financial and administrative foundation of New England Construction & Project Management. Her oversight, consistency, and attention to detail have helped create the dependable operation behind decades of successful projects.
At Brymont, Denise continues that role while helping carry established processes into the next generation. Her knowledge of the business, financial discipline, and steady leadership provide essential continuity as the company grows.
Nicole Bryer
Marketing Director
Nicole supports Brymont through social media, content creation, and behind-the-scenes business support. Her perspective helps the company communicate more personally and authentically with the homeowners and communities it serves.
As John and Denise’s daughter and Cooper’s wife, Nicole is deeply connected to the purpose behind Brymont. While continuing her own career as a nurse and raising a young family, she contributes her time and talents to help build a company designed to carry her family’s legacy forward.
Our Process
Discovery
We begin learning about your project, goals, location, budget, and desired timeline. This helps us determine whether Brymont is the right fit for your needs.
We then meet with you at the property to walk through the space, explore your vision, and discuss priorities.
Step 1
Pre-Construction
Once we agree that the project is a strong fit, we enter into a pre-construction agreement. This formalizes our partnership and allows us to begin planning the project in detail.
We coordinate the design process, develop a complete scope of work, and prepare detailed pricing.
Step 2
Construction
We coordinate the work, manage the details, and guide the project from the first day on-site through to completion.
Our team ensures the highest level of communication and transparency throughout the process. The work is executed properly and the finished result reflects the plan we created together.
Step 3
Final Walkthrough
We complete a detailed review of the project, address any remaining items, and walk through the space with you.
We confirm that the work reflects the agreed-upon scope and ensure you understand any final care, maintenance, and warranty information before the project is officially complete.
